Cold Toes
I love to be barefooted. I take after my mom that way. It's almost still too cool to go outside with bare feet. Today I pulled crabgrass out of the sod in the front yard. I am looking froward to the day I can walk on the plush soft grass with naked toes.
My neighbor, Mary, and I work diligently in our flowers gardens in the summer (both of us in our bare feet). We also like to attract the hummingbirds with our sugar water feeders. The fast tweeting birds will fly back and forth from my feeder to hers drinking and swooping...show offs! Yes, any day now I'll be taking afternoon walks and watering my garden. That reminds me; I need a new hammock. ¶ Sunday, March 26, 2006
